Meet The Founder

A warm Greeting to all ! I'm Meghana Shah, a dedicated career coach with certifications from three prestigious institutes in India. My journey into career coaching started from my own experiences navigating the job market as an engineer.Back then, career coaching was less prevalent, and choices were often made based on marks rather than passion.

As the founder of Inner Spark, my startup aims to empower students by providing them with the right guidance to make informed decisions about their career paths. Despite earning a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, I found myself more drawn to technology, which led me to pursue a PG Diploma in website designing and programming from the USA.

Also worked as an educator to teach computer and Maths. Also worked as a web developer as a freelancer. Alongside my professional career, I have been a devoted meditator for over 20 years, which deepened my understanding of human psychology. This unique combination of experiences highlighted the importance of guiding children to find the right career path early on.                                                      T

• Every child is like a flower in that they are unique in nature and have special potential that must be realized in order to live a happy and stress-free life.

• If you enjoy what you do, no matter what job or field you are in, you will succeed on some level.
